1.
Open to corporate teams of four amateur players competing in pairs where at least one team member must be employed or contracted to the Business.

Team members have to be NZGolf registered, Handicap Index(max) Men 24.0 Ladies 36.0
3.
Course Ratings may require extra shots for Ladies, player handicap Index cannot increase for the Final.
4.
Each Team pairing will play their own ball in a Best Ball Par (BBP) format. Each hole is decided with either a Win / Loss / Half result for the pair using the pair’s best ball.
5.
The Team score will be the addition of both pairings BBP result for the round.
6.
The Corporate Team that wins the venue is invited to attend National Final (expenses paid).
7.
Countback system will be used to determine the winning Corporate Team if scores are equal.
8.
In the case of any dispute, the decision of the venue match committee must be final.
9.
If more than two members of the winning team cannot attend the final, the Team must forfeit its invitation in favour of the Venue’s Reserve Team i.e. Runner-Up Team.
10.
Replacement Team players are allowable but cannot play on a handicap index higher than the player they are replacing. Their NZGolf handicap index applies if lower etc.
11.
All players must be at least 18 years of age at the time of their event.
12.
GGCGS Events are conducted in accordance with the Rules of Golf. Team members are advised of Local Rules (like GPS devices) in Player Pack’s and at the ‘briefing’ before play.
13.
GGCGS events including the National Final will be conducted under the management and control of the NZCGS Ltd and the venue match committee. Their decisions must be final.
14.
Entry Fee refunds only considered under exceptional circumstances, not within7days of play.
15.
Your Corporate Team application/ payment acknowledges your acceptance of these Terms.
16.
These Terms & Conditions will also be included in all Player Packs at all venues.
17.
All Corporate Team members compete in the GGCGS at their own risk. All players indemnify NZCGS Ltd, the venue match committee, all sponsors, media partners, host Golf Clubs and other suppliers of goods and services with respect to any liability for death, injury, property loss, or damage incurred during or arising out of any aspect of the conduct of the GGCGS, 2011.

NZCGS Ltd reserves the right to reschedule to an alternate date and/ or location in the event of unforeseen circumstances or in the event the golf course becomes unplayable due to excessive weather conditions.
19.
Corporate Team member’s personal information collected by NZCGS Ltd may be used for future direct communications providing the member with information on GGCGS, NZCGS Ltd activities and sponsor partner special offers. NZCGS may disclose your contact detail to a third party to help us to provide and market our goods and services to you. These parties must protect your information in the same way we do. If you do not wish to receive future communications from NZCGS Ltd or sponsor partners, please contact NZCGS Ltd by phone or email directly.
20.
By participating in the GGCGS, team members agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media, editorial requests relating to the Series including, but not limited to being interviewed, photographed or filmed during the Series.
21.
It is a condition of accepting the Venue winning Prize that the Corporate Team complies with all conditions of use of the prize.
22.
CCorporate Team venue Winners receive an invitation to attend the National Final and hence the chance to represent New Zealand at the PGA ProAm event, Queensland later that year. They also receive:
22.1
GGCGS winner apparel to wear at the ‘final’.
22.2
Economy Return airfares from the closest major airport (usual locality) to the Final. Travel together as a team (at same time).
22.3
All ground transfers (airport to hotel, hotel to golf, and golf to airport).
22.4
One night accommodation and full breakfast.
22.5
Invite to the GGCGS official ‘Welcome’ (meet and greet).
22.6
Golf Final, lunch, refreshments and prize-giving.

Official closure of GGCGS 2011
22.8
Returns to the major airport nearest your usual locality.
Note: Venue winning teams are responsible for all other incidental expenses at the Final including travel costs from usual residence to nearest major airport (i.e. Auckland, Hamilton, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill).

NZCGS Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or team whom they believe have breached any condition, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Recovery of damages or other compensations from such offending may be necessary.
